 What is Anime Warehouse?

Anime Warehouse is the best online anime shop for all your anime needs. From anime figures, posters, t-shirts, keychains, accessories, and more. We share the same passion for anime as you, and want to provide the same experience of owning anime merchandise as those living in Japan. 

How long does shipping usually take?

Shipping usually takes between 12-28 days. In special cases where an item is limited, it may take longer.

Why the long shipping times?

We apologize for the longer-than-normal shipping times. We know it can be hard to have to wait for your favorite anime products to arrive at your doorstep. Unfortunately, all items are shipped from overseas from our suppliers, hence the long shipping times.

Some items are also special-ordered and may take longer. We appreciate your patience with our service, and thank you for bearing with us.

How do I request for a return or refund?

Refunds are only allowed for up to 14 days after your package has arrived (unfortunately, we cannot accept a return or refund after that time). 

You can request for a return or refund by contacting support@anime-warehouse.com. Just make sure to include your name, address, and invoice ID in the email and put Request for Refund as the email title. If an item was damaged during delivery, please include a photo picture of the damaged item in the email.

You are responsible for the return shipping cost, but we will credit that shipping cost back to you once we receive the product back. You can send the product back to this mailing address:

Once we have received the item back, we will either refund you the full amount back to your credit card, or send you a new replacement.
